Coordination is perfect for the couple that has planned the foundation of their wedding day but would like the professionals to step in and execute the finished product. Our Coordination and Event Management services begin at 45 days out so that you can relax and enjoy the final weeks leading up to your big day! 

If you are a few months away from your big day and need more support with making your vision come to life, let us know and we will make a customized package for you. 

Alternatively, if you're just looking for onsite wedding coordination on the day of, our team would be happy to assist. Our 'Day of' Coordination services start 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

Our full planning package takes you on a journey to making sure your day is just like you imagined and everything is perfect!  Our team of specialists will take care of the design, planning and execution of your wedding. From selecting the perfect location, to managing your budget, connecting you with high-quality vendors to executing a flawless event, we are there every step of the way to ensure a stress free planning process. 

We will handle all vendor research and contract negotiation, communication with those vendors, budget and guest list management, be your support at vendor meetings, provide you with unique ideas with regards to wedding day design, and countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to a successful execution of your wedding. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.
